Any distance of 31 miles or more from the dealer lot is subject to an additional charge of $4.00 for 8′, 10′, and 12′ wide, and $7.00 for 14′ wide. (See Dealer for Specials on Deliveries over 30 miles)
Free setup includes the leveling of your building with customer-supplied concrete blocks and driver-supplied, pressure-treated shims.
Customers should have 4x8x16 blocks for set-up (extra blocks required if ground is over 6" unlevel)
If your property is accessible with a truck and trailer or mule, site preparation is unnecessary.
Site preparation will be needed if your site is more than 3 feet out of level.
